Established in 2007, Hunan Dongjiang Environmental Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hunan Dongjiang”) is specialized in environmental protection industrial investment in each region and development of projects for treatment and comprehensive utilization of various solid waste and water. Hunan Dongjiang successfully signed the Contract of Construction of Sanitary Landfill for Shaoyang City Household Waste and Franchise Right with Shaoyang City People's Government on January 27, 2008 to obtain 30-year franchise right of sanitary landfill for Shaoyang City household waste, and take charge of the investment, construction and operation of the project. Hunan Dongjiang, by virtue of the successful experience in Shaoyang project, will actively promote the innovation mode of standardized and large-scale operation of small and medium-sized county/city-level waste treatment projects, and render quality services for the construction and operation of municipal environmental protection infrastructure and realization of harmlessness, reduction and recycling comprehensive utilization of waste.
